Damaged Products or Order Discrepancies:

At ErosDoll, we are committed to delivering excellence. Each order undergoes a rigorous inspection, testing, and photographic documentation before it leaves our facility to ensure top-notch quality. If you find any discrepancies or damages upon receiving your order:

  1. Do Not Use the Product: We are unable to accept complaints for used products.
  2. Report Immediately: Within 24 hours of receiving the order, please contact our support team at support@erosdoll.com with detailed photos of the issue.
  3. Prompt Assistance: Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and respond swiftly. In most cases, we will send replacement parts for any broken or missing components in your order.

Returns & Refunds:

We craft each product with personalized care, making them uniquely for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Order Cancellations:

While we typically do not accept returns, you have the flexibility to cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation Process: Please email support@erosdoll.com with your order number, email, and name within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 20% fee is applied for cancellations, as manufacturing typically begins shortly after order placement. We offer an 80% refund within this 24-hour window. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Please notice that sex toys are usually shipped out the same day as your order, and if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Note: Immediate shipment of in-stock dolls and sex toys means we cannot offer a 24-hour cancellation period for these products.

Doll Modifications After Order Placement:

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission. Modifications are possible within the first 24 hours for a one-time fee of $69.00. Please email us at support@erosdoll.com for modifications. After 24 hours, modifications cannot be accommodated due to the commencement of the manufacturing process.

Exchanges

Because sex dolls and sex toys are special items of a personal nature, we do not accept exchanges.Thank you for your understanding.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
